Georges Corm is a Lebanese Economist and Historian. He is an economic consultant to international organizations and professor at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1958-1961) where he graduated in Public Finance and has also a PhD from Paris University in Constitutional Law (1969). Habibiul Haque Khondker is a Professor of the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He taught at the National University of Singapore until 2005.
